Arranging your mortgage is, in our opinion, the most important part of moving house. Without the mortgage being in place you could end up finding your dream home only to find out that the purchase is not viable. Therefore we advise speaking to one of our advisers at your earliest convenience, preferably before you even put your house on the market.

At this point we can give you advice on budgeting, share with you our knowledge and experience of estate agents, even look to put you in the best possible position should you sell and find really swiftly.

For efficiency, initial contact will be made by telephone and/or email then a face-to-face visit can be arranged.
